PUNCTUALITY

Being 30 minutes late will result in an additional charge of $50 added to your remaining balance. Anything after that will result in cancellation. No call no shows will forfeit any deposit made toward your session. Balances must be paid in full to receive a reschedule date. 

Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time.  All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the client. Arriving hair and make up ready is advised, and all parties participating in the session arrive prior to start time.  

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure date and time. The remaining balance is payable in full the day of the event via (cash, cashapp, zelle, etc)

Copyrights: Photographs produced by photographer are protected by federal copyright law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the photographer's explicit permission. All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of photographer. No RAW images will be provided, per the request of the client high resolution JPEG files may be offered but limited.

There are NO REFUNDS on completed images. You will receive proofs in an online gallery. You can choose your photos for editing within the gallery.

EDITS & TURN AROUND

Edits will be delivered with a standard high end retouch. Results vary based on hair, makeup, and overall preparation for the shoot. Retouching typically takes 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 3 weeks based on work load. Expedited services are available with an additional fee.
